Major Projects:
- Missisquoi Bay Bridge: Initial designer of the bridge Web site for VTrans; researched and prepared scope for a network camera installation (2000). Provide turtle monitoring and photo-documentation of causeway and basking platforms (2002-2007).
- Domville O'Donoughue, Inc.: Provide computer training, hardware and software maintenance and support, productivity consultation, and comptroller services to this translation company. I also provide technical and general editing services to several of the company's clients. (1990 to present)
- Montreal International Celtic Festival: Official on-site photographer 2000-2005.
- The Media Group, Inc.: Contracted (1991-1993) to provide telemarketing and sales consultation in state government and Quebec markets, training, and scriptwriting (including You Are Vermont training video for rest area operators) for this video production company. Represented TMGI at trade shows.
- CatsVermont: Designed and implemented a client satisfaction survey using a consensus model for data analysis for this veterinary clinic. Prepared the analysis model in Excel (1994).
- Pack & Ship: Coached owner in redesigning her company, its structure, and her long-term vision (1991).
- Vermont Mechanical, Inc.: Contracted to represent the products and services of this HVAC and refrigeration systems company to local and regional businesses and homeowners through telemarketing and in-person cold calls. Prepared marketing materials, contracts, and service schedules (1989-1990).
- Goddard College: Provided research and development support to this private college in creating the National Consortium for Single Parent Educators. Planned and implemented a national conference (1989).
- National Institute of Mental Health: Designed and implemented a nationwide key respondent survey of children's mental health program directors. Produced a report – Interagency Policy and Practice: Mandates and Connections in Mental Health Programs – that helped establish the first multi-million-dollar NIMH line item designated for reforming children’s mental health systems (1983).

Missisquoi Bay Bridge Steering Committee

Advisory committee to VTrans in developing a solution to the replacement of the Swanton-Alburg bascule bridge and removal of the causeway. Aided in selection of engineering design consultant and esthetic parameters, reviewed scientific studies (hydrology, endangered species), wrote and submitted testimony (Section 502, International Joint Commission).

Village Players
|
This community theater group stages an annual summer musical production emphasizing the involvement of children; I was a board member 2004-2007. As a performer, I’ve had major and featured speaking, singing, and harmonica roles. In 2000, I wrote, directed, and performed in “The Hat”, an original script involving a cast of 50+ and spanning a half-century of the lead characters’ lives.
